Additional details: Breakout sessions are typically 75 minutes in length and will take place on Wednesday, July 29 and Thursday, July 30.
The call-to-present will be open February 13, 2015 through April 15, 2015. Applicants will be notified via email by May 22, 2015 regarding your proposal's status.
We invite interested educators to submit a call-to-present that will be reviewed by CASE leadership, the CASE Professional Learning Advisory Group and CASE departments. Please see below to review scoring criteria and a sample proposal. Prior to completing the following form, you will need to gather information about your session, learning objectives and co-presenters, as you will not be able to save and re-enter the form.
Please note that if you have more than 4 co-presenters (five total presenters), approval must be granted by CASE Associate Director of Professional Learning Ryan Harrison. Please contact Ryan at firstname.lastname@example.org or 303.762.8762.
Please note that all presenters must be registered for at least the day of Convention on which they are presenting. As a thank you for sharing your expertise, we extend a 50% registration discount to three presenters in each session. Presenters are encouraged to take advantage of that registration by participating in the networking and learning opportunities at the Convention. Presenters who are not registered when early bird rates expire will be registered and invoiced by CASE staff. All registration fees and/or cancellation fees will be the responsibility of the presenter at the point of registration.
Any questions about proposals can be directed to Ryan Harrison at email@example.com.
