The CASE Winter Leadership Conference will be held February 3-5, 2016, at the Westin Hotel in Westminster, Colorado. The exhibit areas will be open February 4-5, 2016.

During the conference, you will meet Colorado educational leaders, expand your network of contacts, display your products and services, and concentrate your marketing efforts on a receptive audience. This conference is your chance to interact with every level of school leadership including superintendents, principals, assistant principals, finance and purchasing officers, instructional and non-instructional supervisors, and managers. These school administrators occupy a distinctive place in the educational chain of command. They are excellent sales prospects and have the power to make purchasing decisions.

CASE is a member-driven association and we listen intently to our members’ requests. They have asked that we select exhibitors who:

  • Have products that apply to today’s schools
  • Have high-tech displays
  • Personally interact with members
  • Have hands-on exhibits
  • Support educational partnerships
  • Are innovative

To ensure maximum visits with exhibitors, special time is reserved on the conference agenda for attendees to go to the exhibit areas. All refreshment breaks and continental breakfasts are held in the Exhibit Hall to give you additional prime visitation opportunities. Other incentives are offered through prize drawings, and an exhibitor reception is hosted for participants to provide more opportunities to interact.

We encourage you to return your application, signed contract, and payment to secure your spot as an exhibitor. The application deadline is January 13, 2016. Exhibitors who apply after this date may not be recognized in CASE conference materials and are less likely to receive preferred booth space. Please note that in previous years, we have sold out of exhibitor space well before the conference. We advise you to return your materials as soon as possible.

CASE works very hard to make the exhibitor experience beneficial to all of our vendors. We hope to see you at the conference!

Application Process

To simplify the application process, we are:

  • Including a map of the exhibit space and the opportunity for you to indicate your booth preferences.
  • Requesting that payment be submitted with your application. (If for any reason your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund of your payment.)
  • Requesting that a signed Exhibit Hall Contract be submitted with your application.

Exhibit Space
At the conference, there will be an Exhibit Hall located in the Westminster IV across from the CASE Registration Booths. All conference continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall, and an attendee reception will be held there as well. CASE will be offering other incentives to attendees to encourage them to visit the Exhibit Hall. Premium exhibit space is available in the foyers outside the General Session ballroom. Regular Exhibit Space in Exhibit Hall
Space dimensions are 8’ wide x 8’ deep and include pipe and drape, a 6’ covered and skirted table, two chairs, a waste basket and a 7” x 44” booth ID sign.

Premium Exhibit Space in Foyer
Premium space is available in the foyer areas outside the Exhibit Hall. These tables do not offer pipe and drape, but include an ID sign on the front of the table, a 6 foot covered and skirted table, two chairs, and a waste basket.

Space Assignments
Booth assignments will be made in early January, but assignments will not be confirmed until payment is received. If for any reason your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

CASE makes every effort to accommodate your booth preferences; however, conference sponsors and CASE commercial members have priority in booth selections. Exhibitors are only allowed two representatives at their booth because of limited space.

Other Important Exhibitor Information
In previous years, exhibit space has completely sold out in advance of the conference and CASE has had a wait list of interested exhibitors. We encourage you to submit your exhibitor application and payment as soon as possible.

Due to limited space, exhibitors may not have more than two representatives at their space at one time during the conference.

Attendance at Conference
Conference sessions, including the General Session and breakouts, are not included in the cost of exhibiting. Separate registration and payment is required and exhibitors receive a 40% discount on registration fees. CASE does provide free conference registration at our highest sponsorship levels.

Internet and Electricity Service
Wireless internet will be provided free of charge by CASE. Electricity can be purchased through the Westin Hotel. You will receive additional details from CASE about how to order electricity prior to the conference.

Networking Reception
Thursday, February 4,
5:30 pm – 7:00pm

An evening networking reception for conference attendees will be held in the Exhibit Hall and is sponsored by exhibitors. Exhibitors receive one free drink ticket and complimentary hors d’oeuvres are served.

Lunch
Lunch is included in the cost of exhibitor space on Thursday. Lunch is provided for two exhibitors per booth. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased prior to the conference or onsite at the CASE Registration Booth, if space is still available.

Company Exposure
The CASE Center makes every effort to give exhibitors ample opportunity to interact with conference attendees. Continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall, as well as an evening networking reception for attendees. On Thursday, prize drawing game incentives are given to conference participants to encourage visits to all of the vendors. Your company will be listed in the CASE mobile app with a direct link to your website and on an exhibit area map given to each attendee.

Prize Drawings
Each exhibitor is encouraged to donate a prize worth at least $50. You will be given promotional credit in the conference program for your prize donation to increase traffic at your space. You may also collect business cards from attendees and pull a name from those contacts for your own prize giveaway. CASE conducts a prize drawing through completed Exhibit Hall passports and you may also provide your prize to be used in the Exhibit Hall passport drawings. Winners will be announced on a sign next to the CASE Registration Booth.

Exhibit Extras
Exhibitors are welcome to help themselves to breakfast and refreshments each day, which will be served in the exhibit areas.
