2016 CASE Convention: Exhibitor Shipping and Ordering Information

Exhibiting Dates: July 27 - 28, 2016

Set up: July 26, 2016 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm; July 27, 2016 6:30 am - 7:30 am

Tear Down: July 28 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm

Your onsite experience as an exhibitor is very important to CASE.

 Please use the information below for designing your dynamic booth space, ordering items for your booth, and shipping your materials to the 47th Annual CASE Convention. Information includes: 

- Shipping directly to Beaver Run (with order form)

- Ordering electricity at Beaver Run (with order form)

- Ordering freight and services through Freeman Show Management Company (with Exhibitor Kit)

If you choose to update your shipping method, please let us know at the CASE office, so that we can better keep track of your items and meet your needs onsite. Email hkaiser@co-case.org with any changes.

Ship to Beaver Run via UPS or FedEx and not through the US Postal Service (USPS). USPS does not provide delivery to Beaver Run. The correct address for UPS & FedEx is:

If you receive an error message, go ahead and accept it. This is Beaver Run's correct physical address, and the resort receives many packages daily from UPS and FedEx

Outgoing Items:

  • All outgoing items must have a Beaver Run Resort shipping form completed with all required information including registered guest name, room number, credit card or account number.
  • All letters and packages must be enclosed in the appropriate mailer or box.
  • Packaging materials are available at the Shipping and Receiving Department.
  • Beaver Run does not produce international shipping labels.

 

Incoming Items:

  • All incoming items must be addressed to a registered guest, conference group, or exhibitor. All items without adequate information will be held until registered guest name, room number, credit card, or account number can be obtained.
  • Exhibitors shipping to Beaver Run Resort that are not registered guests must fill out the top of the shipping form and fax it prior to delivery to Beaver Run Resort Receiving at 970-453-8796.
  • If your packages require special storage or delivery, contact the Receiving Department three days prior to package arrival by calling 970-453-8726. Additional fees may apply.
  • All mailing and shipping costs are in addition to handling fees.

All letters and packages received by Beaver Run Resort may be picked up or delivered to the Front Desk, your room, or the Conference Center. Please call extension 8726 or 0 for package pickup or delivery.

You are also welcome to order freight and ship your items through our Freeman Show Management Company. Freeman offers a variety of items to enhance and create exciting exhibit experiences.
