When you become an exhibitor of the CASE Winter Leadership Conference, you connect with more than 600 school leaders and decision-makers from Colorado’s 178 school districts.

CASE Member only registration window October 23 - October 30.

Exhibitor levels are as follows:

Regular Exhibit Space
CASE Commercial Member: $725           Non-Member: $825

Regular exhibit spaces are located in the conference foyer areas.

• Spaces measure 8’ wide x 6’ deep and are carpeted.
• Includes one 6’ x 30” table, 2 chairs, a waste basket and an 8.5” x 11” identification sign.

Premium Exhibit Space
CASE Commercial Member: $800           Non-Member: $900

Premium exhibit tables are located in the conference foyer areas.

• Spaces measure 8’ wide x 6’ deep and are carpeted.
• Includes one 6’ x 30” table, 2 chairs, a waste basket and an 8.5” x 11” identification sign.

Ultra-Premium Exhibit Space
CASE Commercial Member: $1,100     CASE Non-Member: $1,250      

Ultra-Premium exhibit spaces are located in exhibit hall next to the General Session Ballroom, where the air wall will be open on Wednesday, February 19th. (Breakfast, General Session/Keynote, Lunch and Networking Reception taking place in main ballroom.)

• Spaces measure 10’ wide x 8’ deep, half pipe and drape, and are carpeted.
• Includes one 6’ x 30” table; 2 chairs; a waste basket; and a 8.5” x 11” identification sign. (Table & chairs can be removed if requested before January 10, 2025.)
