With a focus on aligning the best practices of principal leadership to the Colorado Principal Quality Standards, the CASE Leadership Academy for Principals prepares participants to:

  • Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and key stakeholders.
  • Effectively collaborate and share leadership to develop a strong school vision and mission.
  • Understand and implement the key levers to improve instruction, including the use of high-quality coaching and feedback.
  • Create a culturally responsive and responsible school culture.
  • Evaluate staff in a fair and equitable manner while also providing professional development opportunities to facilitate teacher learning.
  • Strengthen current systems by identifying structures and processes to help address the needs of your school community.



The Leadership Academy for Principals is led by CASE Senior Instructors, all of whom have significant experience as school and district leaders and have taught the Leadership Academy for Principals since 2013. (Click for more information.)



  For Session I only. A separate registration process and fee required for Session II.

*To participate in the New Instructor Training, you must be approved by CASE and/or the Northeast BOCES. Participation in both sessions is mandatory and separate registration is required. Please call CASE for assistance.
