You are now on the wait list. As space opens, you will be registered and a payment link will be sent directly to you. If your plans have changed and you no longer wish to attend Convention, you may cancel your registration without a penalty fee, for one week from the time you are registered, as a courtesy for the inconvenience of being on a wait list.

By registering for this CASE Center event, you understand that payment is due to The CASE Center by Friday, July 19, 2019 and that you will be charged a $50 late fee if payment is not received by this deadline.

If you are not able to attend Convention and did not cancel by the dates mentioned below, you will be responsible for full payment of the registration fee.
• Notice of cancellation and requests for refund must be submitted in writing:
o via email: lsacry@co-case.org
o via USPS: CASE, 2253 S. Oneida St. Ste. 200, Denver, CO 80224

• A cancellation fee will be assessed as follows, and refunds will be processed mid-to-late August.
o Before Friday, June 14, 2019: $30 cancellation fee will apply
o Between Saturday, June 15 – Monday, July 15, 2019: $60 cancellation fee will apply
o Registration may be transferred from one person to another upon approval from
the CASE office, and prior to 4:00 pm on Monday, July 15, 2019. Registration may
not be split between participants at any time.

Refunds cannot be made after 4:30 pm Monday, July 15, 2019. Guarantees are made to the hotel and vendors in advance; therefore, we are unable to grant refund requests after this date. You may send someone in your place, and payment will remain your responsibility.

In the event of a medical emergency, please contact CASE. If granted a refund, a late registration cancellation fee of $75 will still apply. Medical emergency refund requests will not be considered after Monday, August 5, 2019.
