The 2025 CASE Winter Leadership Conference will be held in Loveland CO at the Embassy Suites.  Please see below for information on each of our lodging options. Check back often to see updates!

 

Embassy Suites: As of 11/15/2024 the discounted room block at the Embassy Suites is sold out. Availability may open up leading up to the WLC event, as individuals refine their rooming needs. See below to book at the Springhill Suites. There is a two-night minimum stay required to book at the Embassy. The cut-off date to access lodging at discounted pricing is Friday, January 24, 2025. There is a a limited number of rooms available for booking. SpringHill Suites: Our overflow lodging is at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Loveland/Fort Collins/Windsor. Less than one mile from the Embassy Suites, it is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive commute. There is a group rate at $154/159 a night. The cut-off date to access lodging at the discounted rate is Monday, January 27, 2025.
