CASE Winter Leadership Conference | Pre-Conferences: February 18, 2025, Main Conference: February 19 & 20, 2025

The CASE Winter Leadership Conference will be held at the Embassy Suites in Loveland, Colorado on February 19 – 20, 2025, and exhibit areas will be open throughout the conference. This annual event is your chance to interact with every level of school leadership including superintendents, principals, assistant principals, finance and purchasing officers, instructional and non-instructional supervisors and managers, and technology and human resource directors. 

To ensure maximum visits with vendors, special time is reserved on the conference agenda for attendees to go to the exhibit areas. All refreshment breaks will be held in the Exhibit area to maximize your interaction opportunities, and other incentives are offered through prize drawings, as well as during an exhibitor-hosted networking reception on Wednesday evening.

Platinum Level: $6,000 (4 spots available)

  • Thank you to your company from CASE at a conference General Session of over 600 anticipated attendees
  • 2 tables hosted by your company at Wednesday's conference lunch + your company's brochures available on the tables
  • A complimentary 8' wide x 6' deep premium exhibit space (Premium booth will be held for benefit until November 6th. Sponsor registration must be processed by this date to ensure benefit. After November 6th, the held booth will be released to the exhibit booth registration pool and benefit is then based on booth availability. Booth value $800. )

Logo, Ad and Video Specifications 

All levels of sponsorship must provide CASE with a high-resolution logo file.

  • Logo: Submit logo in an Illustrator .eps (preferred) or transparent .png/.jpg format by January 10, 2025 for inclusion in conference materials.
  • Program ads: Program advertisements may be printed in color or black-and-white; please provide a file that would be appropriate for either format. Please send your print program advertisement as an .eps/.ai, PDF or .jpg file (300 dpi) by January 10, 2025 for inclusion in conference materials. 
  • Video: Submit your video file, if applicable, as a horizontal/landscape MP4 file with 720p quality by January 10, 2025 for inclusion in conference materials.
  • Send all materials to Brittany Greunke at bgreunke@co-case.org. If we do not receive your materials by January 10, 2025, we will unable to recognize your company in any printed materials.

Please note that booth numbers cannot be referenced in promotional ads due to possible booth renumbering prior to the event. Ads may not reference a specific breakout session and CASE reserves the right to determine the eligibility of ads for inclusion in the conference program.

Please process your registration for sponsorship by January 6, 2025 to ensure receipt of all benefits.

Exhibiting Details

We are currently SOLD OUT of all Exhibiting spaces, to be added to the waitlist, please contact Brittany Greunke at bgreunke@co-case.org. Ultra-Premium exhibit booths will be 10' wide x 8' deep and Premium/Regular exhibit booths will be 8' wide x 6' deep, and all will have a 6'x30" table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and an 8.5"x11" tabletop ID sign. The area is carpeted. Wireless internet will be provided free of charge by CASE. Electricity can be purchased through the Embassy Suites hotel, with details to follow.

Space Assignments

Exhibit space assignments will be made in January. Assignments will not be made until payment is received. Payment is due by January 10, 2025. Assignments are made with priority given to conference sponsors and CASE commercial members, then by order that exhibitor applications were received. CASE will consider your preferences when assigning exhibit space and make every effort to accommodate your requests, but final decisions about space assignments will be made by CASE.

General Information

Wireless internet will be provided free of charge. Electrical service can be purchased through the Loveland Embassy Suites. You will receive additional details from CASE about how to order electricity prior to the conference.

Attendance at conference: Conference sessions, including general sessions and breakouts, are not included in the cost of exhibiting. Separate registration and payment is required.

Application deadline: January 10, 2025

Payment deadline: January 10, 2025                            

Exhibitor registrations must be processed by January 10, 2025. We strongly encourage you to submit payment at the time of your registration in order to receive your booth assignments as soon as possible. Payment must be received at the latest by January 6, 2025 for any registrations processed before December 31, 2024. Include credit card payment during online registration or mail check (payable to The CASE Center): The CASE Center, 7350 Broadway, Denver, CO 80221.

Payment Policy: Payment in full for exhibit space must be received by check or credit card no later than January 10, 2025. Any unpaid invoices for exhibit space will be cause for release of that space to vendors/organizations on the exhibitor waitlist.

NOTE: Exceptions will only be made for vendors/organizations that have made prior payment arrangements (prior to January 6, 2025) with Brittany Greunke. Payments made after January 6, 2025  must be paid by credit card.
