CASE Advocacy and Legislation Information

The CASE advocacy team works to advance the interests of Colorado school leaders and public education. We are a respected voice and have strong relationships with state legislators, the Colorado Department of Education, the State Board of Education, key education organizations, and other state policymakers.

Our association advocacy efforts are member-driven. The CASE Legislative Committee, comprised of representatives from each of our seven departments, provides insight and input about legislation and policy issues, and votes on official CASE positions on bills.

CASE regularly partners with other public education stakeholder groups to help strengthen the unified voice for K-12. We are continually sought out by policymakers because we represent expert education leaders and by sharing your perspective with legislators, we can help build their understand of the challenges and issues you face on a daily basis.
