CASE membership offers you valuable benefits that will benefit your career as a public education administrator. As a member, your interests are represented by us at the state Capitol and in other policy settings; we advocate for public education and work to defeat harmful legislation. CASE professional learning opportunities are specifically geared toward your learning needs and will provide you with best practices, the latest research, and practical strategies to help you grow as a leader. Being a part of this influential statewide network of administrators allows you to develop relationships with colleagues in other districts, and our timely communications ensure you are up to speed on the issues impacting K-12. Benefits of MembershipAdvocacyCASE members are represented by a veteran lobbyist who is highly respected by members of the Colorado Legislature, Governor's office, CDE and in other policy settings. Professional LearningCASE offers conferences, workshops, and regional meetings throughout the year that provide you the opportunity to invest in your own learning and professional growth. NetworkingGet connected! You will build relationships with school and district administrators from across Colorado that will be both professionally and personally meaningful. Legal Services & Professional Liability InsuranceAs an active CASE member, you can access immediate and expert legal services for employment-related issues. You're additionally covered by a $100,000 professional liability policy that you can increase for a nominal fee should you choose. Full Active Membership Perfect for those who are engaged in educational leadership at a building and/or district level or are identified as active by a specific department. Dues for the Full Active Membership are based on a tiered schedule of salary ranges, reflecting administrative compensation levels. LEARN MORECommercial & Institutional Membership Commercial organizations, institutions of higher education, education groups and professional organizations that are (1) in a support relationship to education leaders, or (2) provide training to school administrators are invited to join CASE as members. LEARN MOREAspiring Leader Membership Aspiring Administrator Membership is right for those who are (1) educators with an administrative license who are not currently practicing administrators, (2) non-administrative, licensed professionals from a school or district who are working towards becoming a practicing administrator, (3) individuals from higher education, an education organization or a state department who prefer an individual rather than commercial or institutional membership (4) currently employed by a district and is aspiring to be in a leadership role and CASE is part of that preparation. APPLY HEREStudent Membership Non-administrators who are enrolled in a principal or administrator licensure program through a college or university qualify for this membership type; student members must be enrolled in a degree program during the time of membership, and the membership will expire upon graduation. APPLY HEREEmeritus Membership Those who were active members of CASE upon retirement and wish to continue to benefit from and support CASE. APPLY HEREAffiliate Membership This membership applies to those who are covered by a formal CASE/school district agreement that entitles them to affiliate membership in CASE. Commercial Memberships are available for vendors, service providers and non-educational professionals interested in connected with CASE programs, members and departments. Job Board PostingIf you are interested in a job vacancy subscription, please know that we do offer one-time postings for a $50 flat fee. One-time postings expire after 30 days. We also offer annual subscriptions, which are valid for an entire district. *Note on Dues Deductions: Membership dues payments to CASE are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes, but membership dues payments are deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities and other IRS rules and regulations. CASE estimates that the non-deductible portion of 2022-2023 dues allocable to lobbying is 12%. Please consult your tax advisor. |
